Through the education programs of The Haven Institute,
Haven Foundation embodies a philosophy dedicated to the enrichment and effectiveness of
people’s lives. We believe that The Haven's courses offer life-enriching
experiences, and we seek to offer support for those who may be prevented from
participating due to a lack of financial resources.
To this end, a Financial Aid program was established in 2004 for those with limited incomes or who are experiencing financial difficulties. Thanks to the generosity of many donors, over $170,000 in interest free loans and bursaries has been provided, enabling more than 200 adults and children to attend courses at The Haven Institute who would not otherwise have the resources. For information on how to make a donation to our Learning Person-to-Person fund, click here. Financial aid, either as a bursary or an interest free loan, may be available upon successful application.
