"Communication Fundamentals is one of the most profound short courses I have ever participated in at the Haven or anywhere. This last week a fellow participant and I were marveling at how tired we both were when we got home, even though we experienced the course as very gentle and well-paced, even deceptively simple (although I remember what you said Cathy about simple and easy not being the same). We concluded that it was the very deep learning that we were integrating that had left us so exhausted. Right now I am particularly appreciating all the opportunities you gave us to slow down, suspend and learn with all our senses, and with our minds, our hearts and our bodies as well as with each other.
