"I was delighted to be a part of the first Coaching: Engaging Relationships workshop April 14-17. I have been a learner at the Haven for many years and even though the distance is far to travel, I never disappoint myself and always have a rich learning and a meaningful experience. The Coaching workshop provided me an opportunity to crystallize the impact (and pure beauty) on others, of showing up fully present in coaching engagements/conversations. Integrating the Haven approaches and models has been a wonderful complement to my work experience and my learning in the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Certificate program...a real-time opportunity to notch-up skills with deep intrapersonal learning...learning how to be while I do. I can already sense a shift in my approach with others as a business coach and in my close relationships. I was inspired to capture the essence of my own deep learning with a short poem:
