Paul Robillard   is an experienced facilitator who brings warmth and fun to the workplace. Paul has over 20 years experience as a business owner, entrepreneur and manager of several companies. Paul led his organizations by facilitating group processes, conflict resolution, and team building in cultures of open communication, honesty and clarity. Paul is trained in mediation at the Justice Institute, a certified facilitator for Crucial Conversations® and The Creative Planning Process. He is a founding member of the Board of Directors at the Haven Foundation and has been participating and assisting in leading personal growth workshops at the Haven Institute for 13 years.
