Ernie McNally
Ernie McNally DipC
has a flourishing passion for being with people that comes to life through his engaging humour, love of music, and ‘heart-full’ presentations. His warm relational leadership style makes him a sought after group leader, presenter and counsellor. The hallmark of his 25+ years as a successful entrepreneur has been his dedication to building and nurturing respectful relationships.
Cathy and Ernie work together counselling in personal and business relationships; exploring and teaching communication skills, as well as leading courses on a wide range of topics and interests. Their life together serves as a living laboratory for their work with couples and relationships. Cathy and Ernie are known for creating an open and warm atmosphere for discovery and creativity through their curiosity, frankness, humour, respect for others, and the experiences of their personal relationship.
