Elfi Dillon-Shaw RMT  is a registered massage practitioner, bodyworker and educator with twenty years of experience. Incorporating both eastern and western approaches, her "hands on" practice includes massage therapy, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, therapeutic exercise and integrative bodywork. She teaches workshops on body practices and stress management for professionals and lay people alike.

Her use of movement, meditation, touch , breath, sound and imagery is spontaneous, fun and offers her students powerful insights. She is dedicated to fostering experiences of pleasure and well-being. She lives on Gabriola Island where she works at The Haven and has a private practice in Nanaimo and Vancouver.
