Ian Curtin
Ian Curtin BComm, DipC, MTC
Ian Curtin is a highly experienced facilitator with an extensive background in business, government and labour and has worked in Southeast Asia, throughout North America and Africa. He understands group dynamics are incredibly complex and the challenge of working together effectively can be overwhelming. Using the Creative Planning process, Ian helps people in organizations move towards working relationships they want. His objective is to help people work together toward a mutually identified purpose without diminishing anyone in the process.
Ian believes communication habits form the building blocks of your family relationships, work teams, and even shape the culture of entire organizations. He models his ability to stay present with group participants and to create a safe environment for more effective communication patterns to emerge.
Ian specializes in facilitation, teambuilding, conflict resolution, strategic planning and public consultation. He has completed the intensive multi-year diploma program in humanistic psychology at The Haven Institute on Gabriola Island, British Columbia and has had a Masters of Therapeutic Counseling conferred on him from the Open International University for Complimentary Medicine in Sri Lanka.
Ian is President of his consulting firm IC Possibilities Consulting Inc. based in Victoria, British Columbia Canada.
