Heather Ferris
Heather Ferris
is a writer, trainer and clinical counsellor using energy psychology, mindfulness and meditation in her practice. She has led groups involving physical, emotional and spiritual well-being for twenty-five years in North America, Australia and Southern Africa. She believes in the capacity of individuals to risk being themselves, to speak and act for what they hold dear and to recognise their sacredness and connectedness to all life. Her own spiritual path has formed through the paranormal healing gifts of her father, death of a husband at 26, anti-apartheid activism, Buddhist teachings, and supporting AIDS-affected people in Southern Africa.
