Jennifer Hilton CEC 
has provided facilitation and coaching to individuals holding a variety of positions in and out of organizations including senior operating and functional executives and people in career and life transition. She delights in building relationships and enabling individuals and teams to reach their full potential through expanding self-awareness and self-response-ability. Her professional background includes extensive expertise in designing and delivering progressive leadership and organizational culture programs to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness. Jennifer has her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is presently an Intern at The Haven working towards her Diploma in Counseling.
