Phase I: Part A

In order to accommadate participants who cannot take the full 25 day program, This Phase will be split into two halves. One can take both halves or just part A or Part B (but you would have to already have taken part A before participating in part B).

Designed for:

  • people who want a deeper understanding of themselves
  • people who want to enrich the sources of meaning in their lives
  • people who are at a point of change
  • people who feel stuck in old patterns of behavior that are destructive or no longer useful
Description:

The Phase Programs offer you a chance to seriously investigate who you really are and how you live your life. In a supportive environment, you will engage in exciting experiences designed to heighten your awareness of your physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual self. In this way, it will be more possible to make more informed decisions about yourself, your life and your relationships.

"Phase I" focuses on bringing into awareness each person's patterns of blocked energy, with emphasis on developing insights and learning skills to release them.

Highlights:

During this program, you will have opportunities to:
  • know yourself and your patterns of behavior more fully
  • discover your own personal resources
  • improve your communication skills
  • explore your fantasies to make them work for you
  • work closely with a supportive group to learn new information about yourself
  • learn ways to incorporate increased self-awareness, interpersonal skills and insights into your daily life
Format:

Phase I and Phase II are designed as two halves of a whole unit. Participants normally take them in sequence, but exceptions are made on an individual basis. Each Phase Program is approximately 25 days long, interspersed with free time and work days to allow time for relaxation, integration of experience and "general housekeeping" activities. Much of the learning takes place in large and small groups, and in individual sessions.
