Body Dialogue

Your body is your temple. Your body is always talking and expressing. Are you listening deeply to the messages of your 'body-mind-spirit' or are you numbing out the sensations, struggling with cravings or experiencing other illness patterns?

In this course we will enter into your body-dialogue. Through a series of exercises, self-reflection, discussions and sharing we will invite you to discover what is happening for you and to externalize what is going on in your body. Give yourself permission to step into your flow and connection.

This course is for you if one or more fits your experience:

Do you:
  • struggle to feel good about yourself
  • manifest physical illness and tightness
  • judge yourself harshly
  • use food, alcohol or drugs to either soothe or punish yourself
  • dislike the way you feel in your body, or ignore and deny the one you have.
  • keep others distant as a result of your body issues.

Description
We are the physical manifestation of our experiences, reactions, beliefs and dreams. The culmination of these events defines who we are. Our experience of our self impacts and influences the quality of our life choices, our body experience and potent spirit energy.

If you struggle to feel good about yourself and be aware of your body you are not alone. To be alive and aware in our society is to struggle with these issues on some level. Give yourself the gift of stepping beyond the struggle and into more compassionate joy and loving connections with yourself and others.
