The next step for those who have attended Come Alive and want more!
|
Do you remember Come Alive?
- Do you remember learning communication skills, participating in dialogue, discovering 'resonance', exploring self through guided imagery exercises, and experiencing psychodrama, gestalt, and body approaches?
- Do you remember your intensity of feelings and sense of growth as you deepened your communication, became closer and more open to yourself and to other people, challenged your participation in a group, and learned more about your personal patterns?
|
Since then you may have wanted to renew your experience or to be more clear about how to apply what you learned to your present situation. Many participants say they wish they could do another Come Alive, or that they wish there was a further short program they could take.
Come Alive II is designed to meet this need. It is for anyone who has completed Come Alive and wants to continue the growth they began there. It is for people who are motivated to take the next step!
Now there’s Come Alive II!
According to Ken Wilber, growth is a process of 'transcending and including'. The new always includes the old.
In Come Alive II you will expand on the learning, feeling and experience you discovered in Come Alive:
- develop self-motivation
- become more in charge in your life
- initiate and maintain your growth
- explore what personal responsibility is really about
- enhance relationship skills
- integrate learning and experience
|
Come Alive offered a model of self-hate and self-compassion in which Breath, Awareness, Acknowledgment,
Acceptance and Action can lead to a life of fulfillment and the possibility of intimate, loving relationships.
Expand and strengthen your capacity for a fuller life, focusing on Acceptance and Action, in Come Alive II!
Keep Going and Growing with Come Alive II!
