This course is for you if:
- your sexual experiences have been confusing, unsatisfactory, or painful
- you wish to better integrate sexuality into your life and your relationships
- you have created difficulties for yourself or others through your sexual impulses
- you have suffered from past unhappy sexual experiences (eg. sexual abuse or
misuse)
- you wish to investigate the source and nature of sexual excitement, and the biology of
sexuality
- you want to deepen your sexual experiences, to feel more excitement with your
intimacy
- you work in the field of sexual education and/or therapy
- you are interested in discovering the spiritual aspects of sexuality
- you are interested in the latest information about sexually-transmitted diseases

Format:
Most of the course will be in the form of group discussions and lectures, augmented by audio-visual aids. There will be an opportunity for special interest group discussions (eg. Women's and men's groups). One of the evenings features a role reversal dance in order to better appreciate the experience and problems of gender identity; in preparation for that, participants should bring to the course a costume of the opposite sex.
Note:
Sex and Identity is part of the Phase II program. Participants in this course will join participants of Phase II.

Course Evaluation:
A student/participant who attends a minimum of 90% of the total course sessions shall receive a "Pass" grade. A student/participant who is absent for more than 10% of the session will receive an "Incomplete" grade and credit will not be granted.
