Expression & Containment in Relationship
|
For couples who:
- experience a loss of self in relationship
- experience their relationship as stale, routine, or boring
- are tired of struggles that go nowhere
- want more fun, energy and closeness
- seek purpose and direction
- have difficulty expressing feeling, especially anger, hurt and resentment
- are stuck in old patterns of relating that create distance

Description:
Many couples experience their relationship as dull and empty, or where struggling and resentment have become a problem. Even couples who practice effective relating skills often experience a lack of 'spark'.
This course helps each partner to reclaim self while also staying in contact, and to create a more energetic and meaningful relationship.
Format:
This is an active and engaging course with information, discussion, dialogue, experiential activities, energetic release work, and tools and skills for passionate relating.

Each couple's privacy and confidentiality will be respected. You will have the choice of
what and when to share with others in the group.

Course Evaluation:
A student/participant who attends a minimum of 90% of the total course sessions shall receive a "Pass" grade. A student/participant who is absent for more than 10% of the session will receive an "Incomplete" grade and credit will not be granted.
