Being Alive
Applying Haven learnings in your life
If you have taken The Haven's Come Alive program, you will also have had the experience of taking what you have learned back into your daily life, at home and at work. You may have had both joys and struggles in your efforts to apply new learnings in old relationships and situations. Being Alive is an opportunity to reflect on that experience and learn ways to move ahead.

This program is for you if you have taken Come Alive and want to:
  • Reflect with others on taking your Haven experience 'back home'
  • Practice being really honest with yourself and others
  • Practice using the Communication Model with coaching and support
  • Try out in advance challenging conversations and actions you want to take
  • Look at how you stop yourself from applying what you have learned
  • Discover ways to move ahead.
Format: Facilitated by members of The Haven's core faculty, this program will involve both discussion and experiential work. Since it expands on and explores concepts taught in Come Alive, it will be a useful preparation for Phase I: Self Awareness.
