Radical Well-being

Wellness workshops and practices have been available for many years now. Are you well? Are you happy? Could the distress of the planet be symptomatic of our individual states of being? It is time for a radical intervention. Radical Wellbeing embraces the ethics of all ancient traditions recognising our commonality and interdependence. It is a way of life with a commitment to living each moment in an ethical way without dogma, guilt or shame and it will help the Earth.

The workshop will:
  • • help you develop, or make practical, a daily spiritual/life practice (based on your own beliefs and ethics) as an antidote to both the personal and global suffering
  • identify and suggest methods to weaken the roots of suffering:
    • attachment(desire and addiction)
    • aversion (wanting things to be other than they are)
    • self-centredness
    • unconsciousness (unawareness of our actions and how they impact the earth, our lives and the lives of others)
  • teach healing exercises to reduce trauma and fear and bring joy
  • provide a supportive community in which to practice living in an authentic and ethical way in harmony with the needs of our planet

We will do this through exercises/practices and discussions that stretch our minds and support one another to change our habits, laugh more, sleep better and appreciate being alive, and making a difference, at this time.
