Trust, love, erotic sexuality, and a core experience of Self, are building blocks for a vital and sustainable relationship. Yet, unless our bodies are awakened, these remain elusive ideas rather than familiar body feelings. When these feelings are unrecognized or misunderstood, they create and perpetuate defensive patterns that make it difficult to trust, or be trusted. This serves to promote rigidity and distance rather than spontaneity and intimacy. Today, most couples want an equal and reciprocal relationship, but few know how to accomplish this attunement of partnership. Using gentle, safe and respectful approaches, participants are skillfully guided in exploring the feelings that give rise to defensive ways of thinking and reacting. Once these feelings are recognized for what they are - vestiges of the past - they loose their power to control personal lives and shackle relationships. With this awareness, facilitators offer a variety of time-tested, practical and highly effective tools that enable people to respond to the authentic Self in creating the lives and relationships they long for. This course is specifically designed for couples who wish to experience a heightened sense of aliveness, more fulfilling sexuality, and a sustainable sense of Self and wellbeing. Dates:
A student/participant who attends a minimum of 90% of the total course sessions shall receive a "Pass" grade. A student/participant who is absent for more than 10% of the session will receive an "Incomplete" grade and credit will not be granted. |
