Description
What you don't know, can hurt you!
Every aspect of our nature that we have nurtured, developed and now express has an opposite. We bury in our shadow the qualities that we believe to be 'not good enough' and 'too much.' Our life narrows; we become out of touch with our deeper nature, our passion and our potentials. Mistakes, misunderstandings, conflicts and symptoms such as illness, addiction, obsession/compulsion and depression are often indications that our shadow is indirectly leaking, as it must.
If you are discontented with your life, with others, with the world, it may be encouraging to recognize that discontent is actually vital energy wanting transformation.
Course for
Anyone curious about their untapped potentials and new possibilities. A vast array of choices awaits those willing to accept heightened self-awareness, an increased range of emotions and awakened energy.
Format
Shadow work is soul work. As you excavate your personal 'dynamic ground' you reclaim your deeper nature, awaken to untapped potentials and new possibilities. Shadow work is also energy work. If you are discontented with your life, with others, with the world, it may be encouraging to recognize that discontent is actually vital energy wanting transformation. There is a light side! To divine your elusive shadow you will engage in imagination, movement and dialogue with others.
Note
Shadow Play participants will join Phase I participants for the first two days of this three-day experience.
