Finding Balance and Harmony
through Feng Shui and other Eastern Arts

For people who
  • want to understand themselves and other people more
  • are interested in more prosperity
  • are interested in health, self-awareness and growth
  • desire more balance and harmony in their lives
  • are looking for more purpose and passion in their lives
  • want to break free from old patterns of behaviour
Description:
Most people think that Feng Shui is moving around furniture in their homes or office. Dr. Kathryn Mickle will show you how the principles of Feng Shui and other related Eastern Arts can change your life profoundly. Through the slow movement of Qigong, she will show you how to bring more health and vitality into your body. You will understand yourself through the five Chinese element personality model. This will help you improve your relationships with others as well. You will look at how to break free of old patterns by allowing energy to flow without blocks in your life and environment. You will learn how you can achieve more prosperity, health, balance and harmony in your life by making subtle changes in your environment.

This is an expansion and exploration of the 'Selves Model' that is presented in the Come Alive program and will be of particular interest to those who found those concepts helpful. However, lack of previous participation in a Come Alive is not any hindrance to the enjoyment and learning in this program.

Format:
Through interactive exercises, including Qigong movement and sounds, you will learn inner balance and outer harmony. There will be lectures and discussions and written materials. You will have exercises to apply Feng Shui principles to your houses and offices. There will be a tour of the property to demonstrate Good Feng Shui principles. It will be an enjoyable balance of interaction and teaching.

The course will include
  • Introduction to Eastern arts
  • Qigong movement and healing sounds
  • General principles of Feng Shui
  • Understanding the five Chinese elements
  • Tour of the property
  • Qigong to balance the elements
