Course Descriptions

This weekend is dedicated to help demystify and honour erotic energy as the hugely creative, healing life force it is. Our sexual energy, or better, our 'pleasure power' is within each cell of our body, it's not locked away down in the genitals. It's the life force that brings us out of separation and into contact. It's in our fingers and in our hands, in our breath and in our blood. By joining conscious self-investigation and honest communication with erotic sensitivity, we can take steps in integration and enjoyment of the life force in action. Such awakenings allow us to appreciate the link between bodily pleasure and pleasant states of mind such as confidence, empathy, and compassion. The same energy that makes us lovers also makes us healers of others and ourselves.

Breath, movement and touch exercises from Taoist and Pacific Island traditions will be used to explore your erotic potential within a circle of generous, adventurous women and men, allowing you to stretch and grow in unexpected, playful and exciting ways. All activities are explained beforehand, with ground-rules and agreements discussed at the beginning, and all personal decisions are honoured. All genders and sexual orientations are welcome.

Course Evaluation:
A student/participant who attends a minimum of 90% of the total course sessions shall receive a "Pass" grade. A student/participant who is absent for more than 10% of the session will receive an "Incomplete" grade and credit will not be granted.
